If you are a user of CityEmail you either have an email hosting contract directly with CityEmail, or your ISP or company has one with us. If you do have a contract with us directly, then the only way you can recover a password is by contacting us by phone and verbally proving your identity.
However, if your ISP or company has a contract with us, then you should contact them directly so they can reset your password for you. They may ask for your 'Security Question/Response', so you should always make sure you have one in place.
